Hello community not sure if this is the correct spot for my question. I am doing 6 months keto and have good results on glucose control. My only issue is fasting glucose in the morning still hits 130. I do not eat after 7pm and not before 11 am next morning so I fast at least 16 hours daily. I am assuming it is the “dawn phenomenon” and proof that metabolic health still needs improvement. Do you have advice to tackle this elevated glucose in the morning?
