Had some (a LOT) of soreness on my right foot heel area for the last few days. Thought it might be some plantar fasciitis rearing its head again after quite a few years. After arranging a consultation with the well known Dr. Google I’m currently thinking I may have overworked a tendon (or whatever he said was in that area.) It’s actually already feeling better so I’ll be giving it a few more days of rest to let it heal. In the meantime upper body strength training & some cardio chair workouts are on the agenda! Also some nice easy stretching/yoga should help too! 😎🪑🤷♀️
