Practice , fail, start over. Today, well rather this afternoon I ate XX foods. Of course after the fact we always feel like crap, ashamed and full of regret. What was I feeling? I was actually feeling good. Had a productive day and went out to get food for dinner. There was the problem . I should have fixed dinner. We had food. It happens fast with me. I thought about what I was doing. I just ignored my thoughts to eat clean.
