Questions for those who have maintained their loss for more than 2 years. Was there a mind shift to make the last time that you lost weight the last time? Will you share with us about that? When did you know it was the last time? When you have the fear that you will regain your weight, how do you handle that? What strategies do you have to calm down your brain when it freaks out? Other than low carb/keto/carnivore, what strategies are you using to maintain your loss that you used to lose weight? That is, many have said that one needs to keep the same lifestyle in maintenance (with some refinement) that one uses in weight loss—have you found that to be true for you?
