I tried the recipes I saw on X for low carb pancakes and biscuits using basically two ingredients: powdered butter and eggs. The pancakes I added a little vanilla extract and stevia to and was pleased with the results. The biscuits recipe I saw strongly encouraged adding salt--I did and thought they were way too salty! I believe Coach Bob last week said he was going to look into powdered butter--anything we should know? Is it too good to be true? :)
