What I'm looking for are certain patterns that are beginning to show consistently. One of those is my BP readings. Not just one reading when I first wake up after sleeping. But throughout the day. Eliminating processed sugar and high-carbohydrate foods from my diet seems to be bringing consistency in my BP readings. The other main contributor to this (I believe) is moving my body again and especially light-weight resistance lifting in the gym.
