I was a frequent flyer on the McDonald's app. It was convenient for me. Tied to my payment source, all I had to do was pull up the code, make my order in the drive-thru window, and off I went into the parking lot to get my beginning-of-the-day sugar (heroin) and ultra-processed ingredients, high-carbohydrate shot, right into my gut. As a result, I have all these reward points on the app. This morning I was thinking, I have to use or lose them. So, I started thinking and looking through the McDonald's nutritional guide to see how I could use up the points. Black coffee was the only thing I could see that I could realistically use the rewards for 😉 Everything they offer has been modified in one way or the other with strange-sounding ingredients and sugars.
