Over 60 and still getting after it 💪🔥 This morning’s workout had it all-steps, strength, balance, core, cardio, and even some upside-down time 🙃. Staying consistent, pushing against sarcopenia, and proving that age is just a number when you fuel your body right and keep moving. Excited to carry this energy into tomorrow and meet so many of you at Dr. Tros’ open house and Meat-Up! Looking forward to connecting, sharing stories, and celebrating health together.
