Not bad for air frying steak! 10 mins @ 390F. Half was for breakfast, now this is lunch with cold meat cookies, egg yolk dip, and butter! 🙌 I noticed yesterday I had the desire to eat spoonfuls of butter 🧈 🤷‍♀️ I resisted 😝 Going to increase my fats! Sticking to plain beef with salt. No SF sweeteners has led to extremely reduced cravings, no overeating. I just "feel satisfied" not necessarily "full", just like "ok, had enough" especially with steak. I don't feel the desire to push past my cues to finish the plate for the sake of finishing the plate. Never ever had that experience before. That's a win!! I made eggs today and just ate the yolks, tossed the whites- no desire to eat them. In a day I used to eat tons of eggs, like 6 or more. Now my diet is beef, butter, raw yolks, some salt & bone powder. I feel great, cheese & heavy cream is too easy for me to overeat and bypass hunger cues. I feel lighter and in control without! Big thank you for everyone's support here 💜 I feel amazing physically and mentally in less than a week with these adjustments implemented 🙏
