I am 7 full weeks into the ketogenic diet approach. I'm still fine-tuning the macronutrients. I track everything that goes into my mouth every day. Let's just say I'm my own science test lab LOL. Here are my main daily averages. On carbohydrates, I adhere to Dr. Eric Westman's instructions and count all carbohydrates, not net after reduction for fiber, etc. Carbohydrates 25g Fat 69g Protein 90g Sugars 6g (no processed) Weight lost 47lbs My goals are to increase my good fat daily as well as my protein. It's not as easy for me because I practice intermittent fasting and I just get so full from eating enough food to reach the prescribed ketogenic ratios.
