So lately I have been feeling like Pavlov’s dog and drooling over processed foods. I didn’t realize how stuck I am on all the garbage foods I have been eating for so long. I know this is a psychology issue and working through it seems impossible some days. Eating junk gives me a calming relaxed feeling and the cravings are terrible. Anyone have ideas on other ways to create that calming relaxing happiness without food?
