I was able to not binge yesterday. Today I didn’t binge but the food thoughts came back strong. I was full. Had a good lunch. Yet I want some of the crap foods my husband keeps around. I gave in and had about a tablespoon of smoothie peanut butter topped with honey. I made myself stop and went to do something. These crazy feelings just overcome me. They have all my life.
