#gratitude post incoming #sweatyselfie … Today I completed resistance workout number 665 and was reflecting on how far I have come. From being winded walking upstairs and not being able to walk for more than 10-15 minutes without my ankles swelling … to busting out a solid full body circuit with 300 body weight squats to boot. I am so grateful for this community. The love, support, cheers, the #gruntsandgiggles we power through. I appreciate each of you so much!! And to Team Tro … #challengesrock !!! I am pretty sure it was during #newme23 that I unpacked the $20 set of resistance bands (which had been on the shelf for months and months) and began my #musclesformentalhealth journey. And now? I can’t stop. Won’t stop. It starts my workday off on the right foot. Clears my head. Allows me to focus on celebrating my “look what I can do” moments. Thank you for the amazing team you are!! I keep that $20 set around as a reminder of growth, of perseverance, of pride. #icandohardthings Keep going. You are worthy and you are worth it!
