I decided to fast from 5 pm to 5 pm yesterday to today. Really no issue with hunger. Water consumption helps. However, I found it difficult to even consume 1300 calories, not that it matters much in context, but I felt so full I had to stop eating Another thing I've been focusing on is my protein intake. Being older I can't lose sight of that. So, I bought some Isopure plain unsweetened whey. One scoop equals 25g of protein, so that's helping push me into the range I want to get to, for now anyway.
