Dinner last night was NY and crispy, jammy eggs cooked in home-rendered beef tallow. My husband is home for less than 24 hours before he heads back out to the station for the week and he cooked this deliciousness last night. He is an amazing egg and I appreciate him so much. #gratitude #lowcarblove
