I'm prepping for a specialist appointment tomorrow. Being the data geek that I am I have compiled all the bloodwork data from Feb 2018 to May 2022. Its all neatly presented using a pivot table in Excel. My lowcarb journey started July 2019. Looking at the data here are some highlights. Sed rate (inflammation marker) has dropped from 31 to 11! HbA1c has gone from 6.5 to 5.7. Triglcerides have gone from 1.32 (peaked after lowcarb start) to 0.49. C Reactive protein (inflammation marker) has improved from 9.8 to 2.6. Cutting carbs works! This is definitely a permanent way of life for me. Thank you Dr. Tro, Brian, Amy, Taline and all of the staff.
