STAHPPPP it right now! 🤦‍♀️ Just opened my Oura ring and saw this! I didn’t sleep great but I feel like I feel just fine. Guess we’ll see who’s smarter…me or her!! And “NO” I won’t be turning on rest mode…ugh…
