Gooood morning and Happy Friday! ๐Ÿฅณ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ™Œ Woke up hungry, so I listened to those cues! I'll fast if my body tells me too, otherwise she is smart and let's me know when it's fuel time (makes sense, yesterday was leg day and I'm always hungrier the next day) ๐Ÿ’ชToday will be a rest day, but I'll still aim for 10k steps! Breakfast was: ๐Ÿณ 5 scrambled eggs with heavy cream, topped with mozzarella shreds, salted! Microwaved about 3.5 mins and they were super fluffy! ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ–Pepperoni ๐Ÿฎ Jerky chips โ˜•๏ธ Coffee with heavy cream & LMNT chocolate caramel, absolutely a hug in a cup ๐Ÿฅฒ It's easy to get sidetracked on the weekends! What's your plan to stay the course? ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ™Œ I plan to meal prep and try Kelly Hogan's Oopsie cake!
