Today included.... ✔️3 eggs, 6 Steak-umms, 1 TBsp Butter, topped w/ 1/4c. Parmasean Cheese. Earlier, I had 1c. plain greek yogurt, topped with 1 scoop Levels Brand Vanilla Protein Powder. Began the day with 1/4c organic sprouted pumpkin seeds & later on munched on 2oz moon cheese. ✔️Fasting/Eating Window: 16:8 ✔️Met my MACROS: 17g C/ 134g P/ 159 Fat. 🤗
