Leftover ground beef and 4 eggs cooked in a bit of butter & sprinkled with a little leftover sliced onion and some grated Parmesan. 😋 First and possibly only meal of the day. More likely though is that I will have some plain Greek yogurt with a scoop of collagen in a couple of hours to make it a 1.5 meal day. I have an appointment late this afternoon and by the time I’m finished it’ll be past my eating window! 🤷♀️ 😎
