I fell off the carnivore wagon few yrs ago, and it's been an on again off again battle in my health journey. I am glad to have come across this app. I will use it as a motivational tool to not slide, again. Today is day 1. Started the day with hot chocolate 90% dark with water and some milk. Few hrs later had a breakfast of 2 eggs fried in butter with side of organ meat (goat liver, heart, kidney) and a cup of bone broth prepared with lamb shanks, veal marrow and lamb bones. Looking fwd to becoming healthy again and of course to lose 20 kg (currently at 89 kg) I piled up on myself.
