Good morning!! A family friend has a concern about going keto / increasing protein intake for their kidney health. Do you have resources why this is a myth that keto/animal protein doesn't hurt kidney health? They are also concerned with a condition called MASH - they saw a commercial at their doctor's office. They are type 2 diabetic (don't inject, take Metformin), & have high blood pressure, Looking for easy-to-digest (LOL) guidance & resources to dispell the myths! They could really benefit from a keto WOE, but they might need to start lower carb first, choosing better options even if it doesn't get them in ketosis quite yet ๐Ÿ™
