Hey there… I’m new to the community and have a question: I have been having great success with the low carb lifestyle - been doing it since last February. I’ve lost 35 pounds and feel great. I still have more to go, but it’s working! That said, I am hypothyroid and all the functional med docs I follow to support this as naturally as I can say eating low carb is detrimental to on going thyroid health and can actually CAUSE thyroid issues. It is also said that I need to eat at least 100g of good fruit/veg based carbs (not processed, nasty carbs) daily. This is more than supports weight loss for me. Anyone have information on this? I’d be grateful for any and all info!
