How *I* order a Cafe de Olla at my local coffee shop (the one on the right is mine 😉!) “Iced Cafe de Olla with no sweetener, no foam, add a splash of hwc with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. 😋 **Most coffee shops sweeten the coffee with brown sugar and then add sweetener to the foam too. Our local shop does not sweeten the coffee itself but they add the brown sugar when they build the drink. That means I can finagle things a bit and end up with a spiced UNsweetened delicious cup of coffee! Just a minute of advocating for myself is all it took! We’re working on perfecting a mix to have at home now…👏🤎☕️
