Carol asked me to post this stretching/strengthening program here. I’ve been doing. This for 3 years and found incredible help for joint pain, headaches, strength and stress relief. You can do it at whatever level you’re able - they train elite athletes all the way to old ladies ( like me ) and I’m a huge fan. It’s fun. Anywhere from 10 minutes to 45 minute workouts.
