Know what the name of this dish is?? Yea, me neither but I know it’s a favorite of ours around here. Easy peasy, delish, great for meal prep or just to have leftovers! *Poach some chicken, shred into bigger pieces *Saute some onion, cabbage & tomatoes (I used canned here but typically use fresh) *Add chicken back in w/some broth if ya want *Salt, pepper, garlic & chipotle powder to taste (Go easy on the chipotle if you’re a lightweight when it comes to spice. A little becomes a LOT real quick!) *Simmer until cabbage is tender *Fill a bowl, sprinkle crumbled Panela on it and get yer eating on! 😋
