Growing up, Sundays were for pasta & meatballs-no exceptions 🍝✨ The smells, the chatter, the big pot simmering on the stove… it was family time. These days, the tradition lives on-just with a low-carb twist. 🍅 Started with creamy burrata drizzled in olive oil & spices, then a rich meat sauce over Palmini “linguine” made from hearts of palm. Low-carb Sundays with Sinatra crooning in the background… oh, so good. 🎶💚 Old memories, new recipes, same Sunday magic.
