The pool is closed this week at my gym for cleaning & maintenance. It’s my safe place for a workout due to my Lymphedema and Lymphedema. I am fighting hard to figure out what else I’m going to do this week for exercise, but today I decided to sleep in. I am terrible about the sleep lever. I’m curious if sleeping in will trump getting up early to exercise every day??? We will see.. I also slept in because I am doing a chair yoga class today for an hour and just wanted a little bit of a break from the three hours of exercising. I normally do on my day off. I am going to try and get on my stationary bike for about an hour and try to do a 15-20 minute walk outside. I also have to share that I’ve been REALLY frustrated because I’ve been at a plateau for about 10-12 weeks. No matter what I do I can’t seem to break this plateau, but I know it will break eventually. I do pretty well most of the week but at least once a week I need to have a keto treat or some Franken food. In an attempt to break this bad habit I put all of my keto treats in a garbage bag and stuck them in a really far away place in my basement. Moving them out of the kitchen makes them less accessible and when I’m tired at night, which is when that craving hits, I am less likely to walk all the way downstairs to get it. Does anyone else have anything that they do to keep themselves safe and on track? Thanks for listening. I sure love this community of people and would appreciate any comments.
