Aug 2 Saturday 💩Code Brown still in effect💩 ‼️Relapse Prevention protocol in effect‼️ G'morning. ☕️ Weight continues to scooch down. I think that I have shared with y'all a podcast that I like. "The Confident Body." On one of the episodes, she talked about an intriguing thought. "Is this thought worth the weight gain?" Wow. Mic drop. 🎤 So for me, the thoughts of: This tastes so good This little extra bite won't hurt I can fast tomorrow and have this now and so many others... Are these thoughts worth the weight gain? Are they, for me, worth a weight gain relapse? I have been thinking about that. 🤔 I meet friends for coffee--this is always easy for me because I get a big cup of black coffee. Later a Bday party---cookies and tea. I will have the tea, stay for a bit, and leave. I am reading the book, "Unf#ck Your Brain". I just started it. It looks to be an entertaining read and talks in a very easy to understand way how the brain works. 🧠 B proffee L pimento cheese, pork rinds D bunless burger, broccoli Have a good one. 🌻
