Triggers have been activated. ‼️. I got this Good for me for having systems and processes in place to keep me healthy. I am using these. These systems are paramount to my self care and health 1) daily intention 2) food plan 3) random body check-ins 4) using activities to calm my nervous system—deep breathing, humming, reminding myself that I am safe 5) movement-/good for my brain and mood 6) getting out in nature for a bit. Sitting outside for 5 minutes counts 7) self development podcasts 8) reaching out 9) feeling the feelings. I have tools. This life haywire-ness does not have to be a relapse.
