I'm going on a family cruise on the Icon of the Seas Saturday for a week. I have wanted to cruise with my family for years and know we will have fun, but I'm not feeling great about going for a few reasons. First, because of all the food. Being low carb/keto usually would come easy to me but I have been struggling so much for about 10 months that I managed to put on a ton of weight. So much so that I had to buy clothes in a bigger size. A size I swore I would never wear again after all my hard work and success. Which is the second reason, not feeling good in my skin. I look back on the pictures of our family trip last summer and see how great I looked and compare to how I look and feel now. Looking for tips to help not gain a ton of weight while there. Plan on drinking coffee in the morning, no lunch, and lots of protein for dinner. Any successful cruisers ? Thanks for coming to my therapy session ...🤦🏻‍♀️
