July 26 Saturday G'Morning ☕️ Weight continues to scooch down. Little scooches add up. It is entirely realistic to have the goal of onederland by 2026! 🎉 Happy with my 1/4 pound weekly loss. 😊💪🏼 Not sure of food plan today. I am thinking: B proffee L menudo, no hominy. D bunless burger, broccoli I am liking my exercise cless. I think that my balance is getting a smidge better. I am the queen of modifications. 👑 My goal is at 80 to be able to get off of the toilet and crawl for help when I fall. I have no lofty goals of being an Olympian or on the cover of Sports Illustrated. Have a good one! 🌻
