The intent is a goal to challenge you and improve health, not cause harm or injury. > A DAILY ck-in will be required upon completing your goal. There will be a WEEKLY post available on the Community Msg Board here for each of your required 7 Days of Ck-ins.  > The following 5 details are required in your goal/plan. Be specific with your personal requirements as they will be required for 75 Days and shared with every Challenger.  ✔️Diet: Participants must strictly adhere to a pre-chosen, structured diet. ✔️Water: Choose your daily intake. ✔️Workouts: Choose an exercise goal. ✔️Reading/Listening: Choose 10 pages of a non-fiction self-improvement book.  ✔️Progress Photo: Taking a daily progress photo helps track visual progress - for your view only.     ⭐️NOTE On Restart Rule: No Restarting necessary if you stumble! You continue on to complete the 75 days.
