As promised here is the recipe for the Beef Jerky over the weekend. 2 Lbs. Flank Steak 1/3 cup Apple cider vinegar 1/3 cup Braggs amino acid soy replacement 1/4 Tsp Liquid smoke 1 Tbs Crushed black pepper 1 Tbs Red chili flakes 1 Tsp Coarse Salt 1Tsp Garlic powder 1 Tsp Onion powder Put Steak in freezer for approx. 30min to make it easier to slice. Cut against the grain 1/4 inch thick. Marinade overnight in container or zip lock bag. Dry excess marinade off with Scott towels before placing on Rack. 170 degrees oven time will vary 5-7 hours mine took 7 hours. Leave oven door slightly open for air to circulate.
