I have been doing the 18:6 fast for several months with several 24HR fasts scattered in. I have also been doing Keto - eating only eggs, bacon, beef, avocados and chicken with occasional green beans or broccoli. I have plateaued with my weight loss this last week, actually gaining a pound. What is the best way to break through a plateau?
