Change your food and you can change your life. In 2017 I couldn’t even walk very far. I had to crawl up a hill once and sit and rest a few times with my Sister. I sat there and sobbed. How did this happen! I was 49. Ketogenic lifestyle with focus on protein and fat saved my life! Turns out I CAN do hard things. You can do it too!
