Join us LIVE at 1PM EST on July 11 for an interview with Julia Ross! Julia Ross is a pioneer in the field of Nutritional Therapy, transforming the treatment of addiction, mood disorders, and food cravings. As Director of Outpatient Programs at San Francisco’s Henry Ohlhoff House, she began integrating nutrition into addiction recovery—leading to the development of a revolutionary brain-targeted approach combining neuro-nutrient therapy with traditional counseling. In 1988, she launched her own clinic in Mill Valley, California, expanding this model to include natural alternatives to antidepressants and a groundbreaking food craving eradication program, later featured in her best-selling book The Diet Cure (1999). A dynamic speaker and educator, Julia has trained thousands of health professionals across North America and founded The NeuroNutrient Therapy Institute (NNTI) in 2004. She currently directs The Craving Cure Virtual Clinic and teaches at Drexel University. Her books—The Diet Cure, The Mood Cure, and The Craving Cure—have gained international acclaim, and her work has been featured in outlets from Vogue to The Journal of Molecular Psychiatry.
