I did great on the plan for about 8 months then life happened and I fell off track for almost the same amount of time. I don't know why I'm struggling to get back on track, I felt amazing after the first couple of weeks (even though I didn't start losing weight until 3 months in) but now I feel like crap and I'm struggling. I'm not as bad as I once was, I do great in the morning, usually good for lunch but the evenings are killing me and the nighttime snacking, craving, snacking, craving, salt, sweet, then salt again....It's a freaking nightmare and I just can't shake it, any suggestions??
