My son & daughter-in-law brought me a steak and petite lobster tail dinner w/drawn, salted butter, brussel sprouts, and a couple of salt packets last night. It was a great relief after eating a LOW FAT-NO SALT diet for 2 days. I did get permission from my Cardiologist to have this meal while I am waiting for my cardio version. The kids opted to eat Cane’s chicken fingers for their dinner, but it was still nice of them to bring me what I need to keep this lifestyle in my health good! Hopefully hospitals will get the message soon that Keto/Carnivore is the healthiest diet!
