I just keep packing ON the lbs even with being very intentional with me eating. Has anyone here used creatine? Being a menopausal women I’ve been doing some research and found this to be super helpful in some ways for brain function and bone density but wondering if this may also be the cause of this “gaining” instead of losing? Any other menopausal women taking this have this experience? I’m only doing the 5mg a day.
