Anyone else doing meal prep today? I cheated a little and bought some (already cooked but no sauce) sliced brisket and chopped pork and added Primal Kitchen sugar free steak sauce (a new find which is wonderfully spicy and not too sweet!). Also bought some ribeye on special and sliced it into strips and added mushrooms. Have a variety of easy to prep veggies like spinach, salad, frozen broccoli as well as eggs for mornings so I’m set for the week! Set up for success I hope!
