June 30, 2025 Weight 209 Since Jan 2024 weight loss 29# (BW% 12) YTD 11# (BW% 5) month 6# (BW% 2.7) avg weekly loss 1.5 # Nice job πŸŽ‰ The daily intention and random body checkins continue to be helpful. I find myself "playing it forward" and reaching "disenchantment" when having a craving /urge. I am using my brain!!! 🧠 Gym is going well. Emotional world is good, too. Labwork looks great. I want to Nordic Walk a 5K or 10K--for fun I need to find an event. Started a NW this morning aorund the lake. It was nice and cool. Mornings are a good time for this. Continuing to scooch. Little scooches add up. 😊 First major goal coming up. ONEDERLAND. Last time I was in onederland was 2018. I can do this. I like my lifestyle. I am getting better at sitting with emotions and not turning to food. I am enjoying the movement that I do at the gym. What to continue: 1) daily Mantra--I am becoming a person who does not use food to cope with emotions πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ 2) random daily body checkins/scans 3) play it forward/disenchantment and sitting with the cravings/urges. Look and learn approach. Curiosity and kindness πŸ€” 4) daily food plan, stopping when not hungry, movement that I enjoy. Basic good self care. Looking for thoughts that pop up and playing ping pong with themπŸ“ 5) Low carb/protein forward 6) continue the self development Keep on keepin' on! πŸ‘ŸπŸ‘Ÿ
