My #muscleismedicine June accountability results: — Absolutely kicked arse resistance training each morning … just me, my quiet home, my music, my mind, and my muscles. — Passed 4,500 cumulative (varied) squats for my June personal challenge today. Still working on what my July personal challenge will be … maybe push-ups. We’ll see. — Heading to Seattle in a few days to catch three baseball games. Checked out the hotel gym and it does have free weights. We won’t have a rental car, so step count is going to be awwwwwwesome! Keep kicking arse, all!! You are worthy and you are worth it!!
