I went away for five days and in an effort to not overeat and stay keto, I really overdid it on sugar-free beverages. I can’t believe the impact it had on my body—inflammation in joints and swelling of ankles and feet. Then, when I stopped completely, I had major headaches for two days and almost felt “flu-like”. Now two days without any artificial sweeteners, all swelling, inflammation and headaches all gone! It definitely shows that this stuff is really poison for my body! Ugh!!
