I played a tennis match today, in the Sun!! … yes, they did not postpone for heat. I can’t believe that I was the only one on the court not hating the heat. Usually I melt in anything over 62 degrees! I’d love to say it was the weight loss but there hasn’t been any so it is not that BUT wow!! I will take the win THANK YOU keto/carnivore and no caffeine!! It’s a winning combo!’ I hope you all are crushing it in this heat!! 🎉
