I was intending to do a 5 day fast and made it 72 hours, completely forgot we had company last night and a day trip planned for today because school is closed. I was mad at first but then like OK Laur you did a 72 hour fast which is pretty good! I might add in a fast Friday or Saturday possibly to “make up” the days. I know we have a party Saturday so that might be a challenge! Thanks for listening :)
