Hi! My plan is rolling 5:2 (5 days fasting and 2 days eating) fasts, except maybe the week before my period I’ll do OMAD (I hear it’s not the best to fast the week before). I’m down 2 lbs from last week’s Monday weigh in. Wish me luck! I am going to try to not have any sugar free gum this time, I think that was triggering for me last week.
