My version of steak & eggs. 🤣 👋 I have a bit of a concern... getting in enough grams of Protein daily. Currently, I am doing BBB&E while on Day 9 of the 75HARD Challenge. In this Challenge I get in 2- 45mins walks a day, plus the Nitric Oxide workout, 3x/Day. A challenge requirement is also 128oz PLAIN water/day where I also get in another 16oz with my ketones. Anyway, I guess the combo of BBBE diet and large water intake could have me at a loss of appetite. This meal was BIG for me, I paused a few times but ate it all.🤣 My overall meal plan incl.: Grd beef, steak-ummms, eggs, PalleoValley beef sticks, bacon, butter, pink salt. I was aiming for 75g when OMAD and 100g when 2MAD... I just have to better plan in 2MAD.
