Hi! I’m fasting this week for a few days. I made it 2 or 3 days last week but am shooting for 5 days, eating Friday afternoon. I have to cook for the people that live in my house so I prepped some food yesterday morning. Baked sweet potatoes, cleaned out the fridge and lined some easy meals up, pulled chuck roast, minestrone soup, and tomato sauce from the freezer to thaw for the week. I will be drinking black coffee + electrolytes unless I get raging reflux, then I’ll just do water, which usually happens to me around day 6 of a fast. Wish me luck!
