Also made this today, Keto Sausage Gravy...with a twist. Doubled the recipe, 1 lb of sweet Italian sausage & 1 lb hot italian sausage. Also added a bag of vegetable cauliflower rice to enhance the flavor further. THIS IS WINNING! Keto Sausage Gravy π³ INGREDIENTS: π₯© 1 pound ground breakfast pork π§ 3 oz cream cheese π₯ 3/4 cup heavy cream π 1/2 cup chicken stock INSTRUCTIONS: 1. In a skillet, brown the ground sausage over medium heat until fully cooked. 2. Once cooked, remove the sausage from the pan, but keep the rendered fat in the skillet. 3. Whisk in the cream cheese, heavy cream, and chicken stock into the fat over medium heat. Stir continuously until the gravy thickens, about 2-3 minutes. 4.
